The Grunch: A New Children’s Musical
Welcome to Whoover Academy Middle School, where the students are preparing for their big school musical… until grumpy sixth grader Rudy Grunch decides he’s had enough and literally steals the show — costumes, props, and even the set!
In this hilarious and heartwarming musical, the students must use creativity, teamwork, and resilience to keep the show alive. Along the way, Rudy discovers that sometimes the place you least expect might be where you truly belong.
The Grunch is a site-specific, immersive theatre experience where the audience engages directly with the actors and becomes part of the story as it unfolds. Every performance is dynamic, interactive, and full of surprises. Be prepared to engage with the actors and move throughout the show as you see fit!
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes!
